Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges vary based on the item ordered. 

Our goods are sourced from different locations and suppliers therefore the charges vary, you will be charged the rate noted in your shopping basket.

As a guideline our prices range from £0 (for digital delivery) to £11 (excluding VAT).


Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch items on the same business day as they are ordered (if orders are received before 3pm).

If orders are received after 3pm we aim to try to dispatch them the same day where possible, however this may not be possible therefore we aim to dispatch them within the next business day.

Items are usually sent by next business day courier where available.


Digital Delivery / Software Purchases

The majority of software we sell is delivered digitally, which means that you will receive your license keys and a download location (usually by email) directly from the manufacturer or their distributor.

Some distributors take up to working 48 hours to deliver these keys, please email us if they are required urgently, we may be able to make special or alternative arrangements.

Please ensure that you have a fast enough internet connection to download your software (broadband is usually sufficient).


Dell and other configured to Specification Orders

Dell equipment is usually built to the customer’s specification and usually shipped from Ireland, therefore additional time is taken to build and deliver the products.

We will receive an estimated delivery date from Dell when quoting on products.  After an order is placed we will receive a more accurate delivery date.  Only upon dispatch will we receive a more firm estimated date of delivery from Dell.  Unfortunately this is out of our control.


Delivery Locations

We can only deliver within the UK, additional charges may apply for items outside of mainland Britain, we will inform you if this is the case and give you the option to proceed or not.

Most couriers and other postal providers will deliver to ground level receptions only, unfortunately this is out of our control.

Please ensure you have adequate personnel to carry goods from this point to your offices especially with large or heavy items.
